Lift + Adjustable Upper Control Arms + Alignment Woes

Having alignment issues after the install of my SPC UCA's.

To preface, I have some Dobinson c59-300 coils with Bilstein 5100 set at 0.85" up front.

Prior to installing the SPC arms I had no rubbing in the front wheels wells. Refer to the pics. For caster, I was at 1.8*(Driver)/2.4*(Passenger) on the stock UCA's. Again, there was no rubbing, but the car was pulling to the left. I felt it prudent to get some adjustable UCA's to better bring the car to spec.

After installing the SPC UCA's and getting the truck aligned the caster is now at 3.2*/3.2* but there is pretty severe rubbing at the rear of the front wheel wells (it hits the body mount at full lock front and rear). It rubs more on the drivers side, but that could be due to the KDSS lean (another issue). Also, it's not pulling to the right.

Any suggestions on how to set the caster so as to pull the wheels forward so there's no rubbing?? And what could be causing the pull to the right?

Thanks!!

EDIT: Here's what the SPC instructions state: Camber and caster can be set with the SPC upper control arm, as well as the OEM lower control arm eccentric bolts. In most cases, it is recommended that the lower eccentrics be set to their neutral position. This way they can be used to fine-tune caster. Alternately, if caster is set for max positive by the OEM lower cams, and final alignment achieved with via the SPC upper balljoint setting, more tire clearance may be obtained at the rear of the wheel opening.

Have them max out the caster on the alignment cams on the lower control arms first....then finish using the SPC uca’s caster and camber adjustment features....

If they installed the SPC with the adjustable caster setting at +2 or more it moves the wheel back in the wheel well ( probably what they did). Maybe try starting at +1 or 0 on the spc’s adjustment and max out the lower control arm cams for caster. I have the same prob but only rubs the mud flap every now and then while backing at full lock. Next alignment I’ll have them add caster via the LCA alignment cams first....then finish using the SPC uca’s adjustments.
