Impressive. I currently have the full Bilstein setup. Did something break and that’s why you changed it or was it just simply time to replace it?

Bushing in the lower control arms were worn and they were the originals. Rear shocks were leaking and the set had 300K miles on them, so it was time.

If you’re going to use bilstien coils go with the 600lb coils. This should give you the right height. For every extra 100-150lb of front weight increase the coil rating by 50lb. If you’re going for stock height then OEM is fine.

Note a Bilstien set up will be a firmer ride but will handle like a sports car.

I’m under the impression that Bilstein does NOT make a coil that will pair with my 5100s for the front(have to use 6112s or something?)……..Am I mistaken?!? I would love to stick with ALL Bilstein components, but I thought that is not possible with a 5100 set of 4. I have rear Bilstein springs(adding approx 1.5” lift over stock) waiting to be put on, but am trying to gather info on which front springs to pair with my front 5100s. It’s frustrating because it seems nobody can tell me if it’s better to go with stock Toy front springs and set the circlip perch on 5100s to like 3rd setting to give maybe 1.75” lift…….OR………keep 5100 on lowest(no lift) setting and use a longer spring(Dobinsons) to give 1.75”ish lift.
