Yes.
The body lift doesn't matter. BUT with 3" spacers, Shocks will likely be extended all the way out quickly limiting travel.

With any suspension lift you should probably change your shocks.

Where did you see a 3" spacer lift?

I have never seen any ball joint spacers over 2.5". I have seen ones on ebay advertised as 3" but they mean 3" as the total amount of lift.

I have the 4crawler ones on my runner and they call them a 2". They measure 1 1/2 actually

Sorry i meant 2.5" lift with 2" body lift. But yeah so exteneded shocks? how many inch shock should i get?

I would get ones that are 4.5" over stock.
