My lift finally came in. I got bilstien 5100s for the front with eibach lift coils and 5125s and ome 891s for the rear. For tires I got nitto terra grapplers and as soon as I decide on wheels it will all be installed. Only question is which perch should the 5100s be on for level stance no rake. Thanks

Very nice, can't wait to see it. I like a nice solid level stance myself. Take a good set of before/after pics from the same angle for reference. Hope the install goes smooth.
 
Ok will do. I am saving a little more and I will be ordering 17x9 dropstar 645b wheels. Then the lift will be going on and I will post pics
 
I am curious as to your final cost, including tires but without rims, if you don't mind saying. Nothing wrong with saving a buck when you can!

We'll I actually found the coils on toytec in the scratch& dent. They were scratched in shipping and someone sent them back and they were half off but 3 orders were placed in 2 min so I got new coils for same price. The lift was 640 including shocks. I got my nittos from a local shop that I know the owner and he bought my current tires so the nittos are only 300$
 
impressive on the cost dude. I'll definitely be scouring the scratch and dent. I don't mind a coupla scratches! Still lifts the truck. Lol.

I just ordered basically the same lift, except I did Tokico rear shocks. The dude at Toytec told me put it on the lowest setting for 3" lift with the Eibach springs and 5100's. Post pics when you're done!

Tundra 5100, rear 5100 long travel won't be in till mid June !!!!


As for perch. The tundra 5100 on second perch give 3.25 of lift in front with eibachs. I think you'll be good with first perch as the eibachs give 3" of lift. 891 give 3" so I think you should leave your front shocks on first perch.

Did u get tacoma/4runner front shocks or tundra ?
 
I'd keep on first perch. Any higher and I'm pretty sure the front will sit higher.

Are you going to run. Bumper in back ? 891, aren't those HD ?
 
A few things. I just installed my lift and a bunch of other stuff on Friday for the second time. Keep the Tacos on the lowest setting with them Eibachs. If anything the rear might be a bit higher than the front with the 891's. Did you get the panhard drop bracket or the diff drops? Diff drops are debatable but I highly recommend the panhard drop. After lifting, keep a close eye on your CV boots. If they are original, they will probably spew money shots all over. If your LBJ's are old, now would be a good time to swap whilst everything is apart. Gonna have to do an alignment anyway. Hope all goes well -
 
I've got the Toytec 3" springs and the Tundra 5100s (you didn't specify whether you got Tacoma or Tundra 5100s) set on the second perch on mine. I've got 890s in the rear. After the 890s settled I had to put 2 10 mm trim packers on each side to get my rake back. I would think that 2nd perch on the front and 891 would be level.
