Lift question

As a total newbie here I have been reading, but can't seem to find I this will work or not.... This seems like a good cheap lift for my 2wd and should fit the 265/75/17's on sequoia 5 spikes I have right?

That setup will not work. Those front struts are too tall. There was a thread a while back of someone trying to install them, but it just wouldn't work.
If all you are wanting is to fit those wheels, you don't need a lift. Those wheels with a 265 70 17 tire will fit fine on a stock suspension. If you went up to 33s (285 70 17) than you would want a small lift.

Will they fit on a 2wd? I measured them and they are about 31.8" tall on my sequoia

They should fit fine. You may have a tad bit of running, but nothing that can be pushed out of the way.
