You need to see pics underneath. Coming from Rockford Ill., there's got to be rust on there. No mention of TB/WP. LBJs', Radiator. All in all it looks nice. Need a code to go with that CEL.

That front bumper appears to be a stock bumper with all the plastic stripped off and the custom rear tube bumper looks like a piece of pipe attached to the frame... Not necessarily a bad truck, but I like attention to detail.

I like the 4" Toytec lift!! I would pay 5500 for that alone! But yeah, need to see underneath it huge due to rust. Overall it's not bad, but it looks like it's been driven hard and put away wet, just saying that from the description and over all. Not saying those are bad, but I get this feeling when reading it....

Take a look, worse case he rejects your lower offer, or YOU have a new 4runner!
