Lighter fail

Need help in replacing the lighter. After reading some of the threads looks like i need recheck some fuses cause maybe the hubbie read them wrong? Wondering if they ARE that hard to determine it clown or Not?

Fuse should be in the panel section below the switches left side. The key must be in acc/power position to work.

Replace- have to remove the console that holds it, unplug, and it just un screws.

Are you sure it's not just the lighter itself?
