Lights off with keyless entry

Alright guys. I have tried to find the answer to this and I need help. I had my battery go down on me about two weeks ago. I installed a new battery and had to reset all my window auto open feature on my drivers window,sunroof and rear window. Before my battery died my headlight and or marker lights would turn off if I locked the doors twice with the keyless entry. After my new battery that doesn’t work anymore. I assume this is also a feature you must set on the truck?? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! 05’ 4Runner

You will most likely have to get a dealer to reset that, it will take a dealer's Techstream scanner/tool to get it done If I'm not mistaken and hopefully if anyone at the dealer knows how to do it since it's a 2005, if they have a longtime Tech working for them you have hope, if they are all young Techs who knows!!

This may not matter but did you get the exact same battery size? I've replaced my battery twice since 2003 and that has never happened to my 4Runner with 213k miles on it.

Yep. Exact same battery as the one I took out. I am going to try to get by the stealership this week and see if they can shed any light on it for me.

There's a programming guide in the owners manual. Something's are set by the owner, some by the dealer.
