Limited worn/replacement leather seat skins

Has anyone ever successfully fixed their worn out leather? The seats have the airbags, power, heat etc...which I hear is the issue?

I'm wondering the same thing. Mine look astonishingly good for a 111,000 mile vehicle. But when the time comes, I'm going to search local salvage yards for a 4Runner with low miles and leather. I bet you could buy entire seats from a wrecked one for less than having yours recovered.

Look into clazzio seat covers.

My driver's side has several tears, 122K miles, internet junk yard seats I've investigated are no better.
Probably go for some kind of covers - I need to keep the 4R, its been a good one.
