List of all the coolant hoses?

The wife’s 2014 4R is due a 10 year service. I plan to replace the radiator hoses, coolant, heater hoses and I’d like to replace the associated bypass hoses. There are seven that I can see on the front block but I can’t find any decent diagram that lists them all and I’d like to order them all at the same time. Does anyone have a list or a decent diagram so that I don’t miss any?


ETA This is the list I came up with, not 100% certain they are all correct. Upper & lower radiator hoses not included.

I'm more of a check and replace kind of guy as far as coolant hoses and belts go. You can probably get a list and part numbers (if they're not on the hose) from the dealer.

How do you plan to do this? - as changing all at once will introduce a lot of air into the system, that might be hard to purge out. Plus, there will be quite a bit of coolant in the block that won't drain with hose removal. There are drains on the block though, from what I understand.

One way to do it, would be to change one or two at a time and replace any lost coolant with water until all are changed (block drained too). You can also fill the hose with water before you install it - might be a little messy though! This would reduce the amount of air introduced into the system. Start at the top and work down.

I’m more of a proactive maintenance person. This is my wife’s 4R and she is frequently on the road without me. I replace batteries every 3 years and put the old one in my tractor or elsewhere. I replace belts, tires, brakes etc. as routine PM. I don’t/can’t wait for them to fail. Since I DIY I consider my labor to be the savings. Since the hoses are 10yo, even though they don’t look bad, they are 10yo. I have to do a complete coolant replacement along with spark plugs so I’ll pretty much be where all that is exposed. Not worried about air in the system, I can purge it. I just don’t want to get elbow deep & find out there is some hose buried behind the intake that I missed and have to wait a few days to get it.

Well there is a copy of the Toyota Maint manual in the stickys posted by Nashman. It's for the 2010 4Runner; but since it's the same engine, it might be helpful in determining where and how many hoses there are.

You might also contact the guys at Camelback Toyota in Phoenix. They do a lot of online business and were very helpful when I needed parts for my 2000 Tundra.
