Those are all consumables not power tools so kind of an apples to oranges comparison in my opinion. I've been in Harbor Freight's in several states in the past few months and haven't seen any Makita in there. Maybe it's regional.

Good to know about Bugatti. I guess I'll have to start using Lamborghini instead since they're owned by Volkswagen Group as well. (For anyone curious about Bugatti's new joint venture/ownership change: Bugatti, Rimac and Porsche announce joint venture | CAR Magazine)

I use 20v Dewalt for 3/8 and 1/2 impacts. Also other general Dewalt stuff like a weed wacker, chainsaw, leaf blower, shop lite, angle grinder, circular saw,, etc.

Dewalt and Milwaukee are pretty good just figure out which tools you will need, compare prices and go...

I only have a simple M18 3/4'th impact driver Brushless Milwaulkee with a big battery and the sucker has been an unstoppable beast for a $115 tool from Home Depot. If I had another option other than Milwaulkee, DeWalt would be the choice. Makita for me is in the "ehh" position.

When I am unsure of something, I head over to Project Farm's youtube channel and see the comparison of items like others here have said

Have used all, if one has enough money Milwaukee would be the platform I would choose. Their consumer warranty is exceptional. Their M12 stubby impact has no competition. Other than their ergonomics which could use some finessing, the only issue I have had with Milwaukee is that their batteries can sometimes just die.

I still have two porter cables drills (ones a drill/driver for concrete from around 1998) that I converted to 20v black and decker batteries. I love them.

I just bought a Stihl MSA200 C-B 14” ion battery chainsaw for my truck and used it to cut my front lawns dying trees. It was quite and had so much torc, that it cut the trees quite easy. I went with a battery operated saw because it is eco friendly and 2nd, I don’t have to carry extra gas to make it run.

As for the impact gun, I have been using a SNAP ON 1/2” ion battery impact gun new since 2008. I rebuilt it 2 years ago and bought better/stronger ion batteries while on the road. I also have a 10lb O2 tank for bigger jobs in the bush.
