Load Sensing Proportioning and Bypass Valve

Can anyone tell me which (if any) 3rd gens have a LSP & BV? I am going to bleed the brakes and planned to bleed that as well, but I can't find the damn thing. Another thread suggested 3rd gens with ABS didn't have the bypass valve, but my Haynes manual shows it.

I have a 99 SR5. Thanks in advance for your input.
