Long travel coilovers

alright, I have been unable to find anything on this topic so I'm just going to ask. recently I purchased some icon 2.5 for the front of my 3rd gen. they give me about three inches of lift in the front but I do want to long travel the truck soon but I don't want to have to buy new coilovers. I I've seen some guys use coilovers that use the top plate but they have a longer rod ends. is there anyway I can get longer rod end on my coilovers to run them with long travel or will I have to buy an 8 inch stroke coilover

New ones. I guess technically you could buy longer shaft, new seat, etc., but you're better off selling them and getting true 2.5x8. You'd need new coils as well (length).

Also, get KINGs. Let the debate begin!

edit: I run the Solo kit up front w/2.5x8 Kings. I had Icon 2.5 initially.

Love the kit, it’s awesome! My only regret, honestly, was not waiting and going XLT the first time.
