Adblock is not going to stop Malware. Between my Malwarebytes and security software i'm well protected.

I have never used anything but mcafee and have never had any issues. I have had my desktop for 6-7 years and my laptop for about 4 years, never had any issues on either one.

Don't flood your computer with multiple blockers, scanners and firewalls. They will conflict with each other and slow the computer down dramatically. Find one good firewall and let it do its job.

I have one Mac that I use for reading on and such in the evenings.I actually can't stand to use the Mac. I have been using Windows forever and am just so used to it. I have 2 ToughBooks and a Lenovo desktop I use for work. In all my years of computing I have never had a virus, trojan or anything. I have been using Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes for years.

I have never seen that window pop up from Google before like it did yesterday.

Funny, I got the same thing here yesterday.
and this was immediately after work told me I can't use Firefox anymore and installed Chrome.
