Replace all fluids (AT optional at this mileage if its been done prior, but not a bad idea), lube driveshaft, air filter, remove hydrocarbon filter, cabin filter (always keep a fresh cabin filter in it, if not dirt will accumulate and corrode your evap core and its a dash out procedure to fix), clean and lube sunroof. If you really feel like it you can pull the belt and spin the pulleys to check. Pulling the belt and fan is a colossal pain in the ass so if you are so inclined you might consider an electric fan upgrade.
There are (extremely) tiny drains on the back liftgate (three I think) that tend to clog. If you hear sloshing after a rain back there its that.
There is a metal stop on the steering that needs occasional grease. If you hear weird noises turning at full lock that's what you need. I've only done it once ever.
But honestly I bought mine at 150k and drove it for like 100k before doing almost anything to it. 150k is barely broken in. Keep fluids in it and it'll be fine.
