What's up everyone. Well, ive been in the market for a used car considering mine is imploding. I found a dealer with a 2000 sr5, with 125k miles on it. Hes asking $5500. I signed up for "MYtoyota" and i see they replaced the CAT on it about 12000 miles ago, no timing belt though. Doesnt look like they replaced it at all, I've heard these motors are not interference which makes me worry a bit less. It is a pretty clean car, no noticable rust on the body, with the exception of the chrome bumper ends, which i found you can replace. The interior has no rips, it is completely filthy though. Stains on the seats, stains on the armrest on the door. Like nasty. I'm sure it can probably be steam cleaned, hopefully. Also the sunroof doesnt work, I can hear the motor trying to move it but it doesnt seem to go anywhere. My big concern is the rear axle. It leaking big time, ive heard of these actually completely rotting through, what do you guys think?
