wondering what would be the best choice for fog lamps and tires on a '96, 5 speed, 4 cyl. most rugged terrain it'll be challenged with is mountain roads, snow, and heavy marine layer basically. any suggestions?

Goodyear Duratracs are a "10" in snow and a solid "8" off road. Many people on here love them. I would get them too if they only made them in 255/85/16. I have some KC Series 26 fogs lights that work really well. I have them on my ARB bumper though, they are kinda big for a stock bumper.
