Looking to purchase Bilstein 5100 from MRT Motorsports

Hey guys,

Looking to purchase a full set of shocks. This is the cheapest I've seen the Bilstein's listed at, and free shipping, $350.

Has anyone ordered from MRT and are they a reputable company? Just curious before I pull the trigger. Thanks.

Also looking to pair these up with either Moog tall springs or OME springs. I only want a 1 - 1.5" height. My stock shocks and springs are getting too soft...

I had a good experiece with them, I bought bilstein 5100 front/rear OME rear springs from them about a year ago. I emailed them with a couple questions that I had and always got back to me quickly.

It took many MONTHS to get my order from MRT. They did a group buy about a year ago for suspension parts, and I think a lot of people might still be waiting.

I think 4wheel parts was 330 something shipped last I looked. Search for a coupon code for them. It seems like there is almost always an additional 5% off code. You can try raceconsultingagency.com also.

Just in case anyone is interested I will be selling the following soon (probably next week): a gently used (about five thousand miles) pair of Tundra 5100's with Toytec Eibach springs installed + a pair of used Tundra TRD Springs!

I also have the following stuff taking up space..... stock 2000 4runner suspension, Tan rear cargo cover, Millennium Silver front bumper with fog lights and subframe in good condition

Chas at MRT was super helpful with any questions that I had and their prices were the lowest that I was able to find for my lift setup (6112 and 5100). Would buy my stuff from them going forward.

I recommend to stay away. I did get my shocks. But talk about a pain in the ass it was. EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, thousands of them. Calling icon, calling the distributor and the whole 9 yards. Blasting him on fb. Not good customer service.

I got them a bit cheaper at 4 wheel parts when they had the no sales tax, which they have a lot going on.

Off topic, but sounds like my experience so far with RESZ Fab. I ordered some links 8 weeks ago. Was told 1-2 WEEK turn around. I have sent emails and phone calls. I last heard from them 3 weeks ago that they were at powder coat. Haven't returned my calls this week. I'm giving them a couple about 1.5 more weeks, then I'm going to hit up paypal for a refund. Pisses me off doing that, but have better customer service, and say up front its going to be a couple months, I'd have no problem with that, but don't like being lied to.

Kudos to you guys trying to help the little guys out, I'm a fan of Toytec, Wheeler's Off Road, and Sonoran Steel myself. Websites are super helpful when picking out parts and they tend to be experts with our trucks and are helpful if you have questions.

Although I love how the website is setup and how they carry almost everything, Amazon is my absolute last resort when it comes to ordering anything. Not to mention their prices aren't what they used to be, in many cases now their prices are higher than other sites
