Loose wire on T4R 2007 v6

Hi friends! I have a problem and hope you guys can help me. I bought a Toyota 4runner v6 2007 last month, and I have a problem with a loose wire; the one is in the picture. Can you help me to know where the cable should be connected???

There should be a bolt in the fender hump by the power steering resovior, all the wire is only a ground, make sure its no engine light is on when thats not connected.

Right, it's fastened down with a bolt by the inner leg of the tank for the power steering fluid.
