Lost Keys and remote -options?

HI Guys.. I'm a current 3rd gen owner and first time posting in the 5th gen section. I am in the process of purchasing a 5th gen but no keys available.
can you let me know what my options are?

Will the ECU need to be changed if I cannot get the keys or replacement keys from the dealership?
Will call a few dealer ships tomorrow to see what my options are.

Dealer or locksmith can do All Keys Lost method. If the truck is turn key, they'd have to take our your ignition cylinder and measure everything and make a key for you. If it's a smart key, they can program the smart keys easily. It'll be pricey, but can be done without needing to replace the PCM or anything.
