Low RPMs on startup

Hey everybody. For the past couple of days, when I start up my 4runner, the rpm stays at 1k and seems like it wants to die. After driving for a bit, the problem goes away. It usually goes higher. I recently had a check engine light. I was told it was P071 I think. So I cleaned the maf sensor, throttle body, and threw in a injector cleaner in the tank. Since then, the check engine light has not came on. Any ideas?

Vacuum leak?

I had a P0171 and it turned out to be a hose that had rattled off. put it back in and all was good.

I checked all the hoses by spraying throttle body cleaner to see if the tune of the engine will change but no luck.
