Low Speed Front End Knock

Started to get a little knock on bumpy roads going slow. I went and pushed up and down on the front this morning and seems to be coming from passenger side. Was thinking KDSS bushings but doesn't seem to have that much play. UCA and LCA's are all tight.

Could just be the video quality, but to me it looks like bottom spring plate isn't moving in conjunction with the bottom shock stem. It's like they're moving separately just barely. I have no idea if that normal or not.
Could check bottom shock bearing?

Edit: must have been my computer screen cause I don't see it that issue on my phone anymore. Sorry.
