Lug nut and wheel studs help!

I've looked all over, pep boys, auto zone, napa, advance, the dealership and I'm not having much luck finding replacement lug nuts for the onesthat came with the alloy wheels, with the shank.... I also need to find the wheel studs as well as I need to press all of the old ones out of the hub...... I need 12 of each. Dealership wants like 130 bucks and the auto stores don't have the right depth

I just replaced all the fronts with AutoZone ones.
