Lug Nuts

I've been searching all over and can't seem to find exactly what I want. I'm looking for silver/chrome lug nuts (would like a little longer then stock) for my 4Runner (with FJZ80 wheels) and can't find packages of them for a decent price.

Where did you get yours?

I went to the local tire shop. I told them what I needed and they went through their HUGE bucket of misc. lug nuts and found enough for my wheels. They've got so many extras from people who change wheels and leave the old ones (and the lug nuts behind). Only charged me $0.25 per lug nut. They're used, but definitely the cheapest you'll find anywhere.
