Hey guys, so my check engine light came on a while ago , pulled a code for a bad distributor (I believe) I was told by the mechanic when I got my inspection done that it could be something wrong with the computer because it would not have passed inspection. Lately I've been driving it and the it will die at idle or studder while driving (back and forth from about 500-3000 rpms rapidly) with a bad smell coming from the engine bay. also now with the petal to the floor I can do maybe 55mph. If anyone could help me diagnose this problem further that would be appreciate it.
