Make my own body lift kit

I'm not really sure if Im posting this in the right place but here it goes.
I'm a machinist up in Canada and I have access to Every thing I need to make a body lift for my 4runner . The problem I'm running into is that I'm not clear on dimensions.
What I would like to know is
-New Bolt length and size ( Metric? Standard?)
-block diameter and hole diameter?
-steering spacer diameter and hole sizes?

Any help would be hugely appreciated

Something to keep in mind is that that all the holes in the drawing are located by measuring from the edge of the hole to the edge of the part. I know that's a bit odd since typically it's done from the centerpoint to the edge, but it was how I took the measurements when I had the rag joint. So keep that in mind when machining the part as the outside circumference is critical to make sure the holes line up. Everything in the drawing can be ±0.1mm with the exception of the 17mm holes, they should be no smaller than 17.0mm (a little oversized will be better) as they will be too tight otherwise.

The body mount puck measurements are in the bottom left hand corner, center holes should be around 12mm in diameter (the bolts are 12mm).

The factory bolts are M12x1.25x180mm (I believe the front ones are a bit shorter), for my 1.5" body lift I went with M12x1.50x200mm and that left me plenty of room if I wanted to go 2". If you're going 1" or shorter the factory bolts should be fine.

One more thing, if you're going to do a body lift I would recommend investing in body mount bushings as mine after 10+ years and 100k+ miles with some off-roading had worn them out some.

In regards to your question about body mounts, I used https://partsouq.com/ to get the part numbers and order them. They were about $350~400 US shipped to my door for all 16 rubber bushings.
