Map light Panel removal "HOW"

I was in the process of replacing my interior lights to LED and when I was replacing the map lights, i managed to push the light up so now i cant even get to the old map light to replace it. My question is, can i remove the map light console that has the locker switch, A-Track switch, crawl control dial? I think If i can pull that console down i can get to the light but no matter what I do i cant pop loose the top part of the panel.
