I just realized I don't have a picture of the clear in this post, but you can check out the clear anodize on www.ellisprecision.ca

The bottom right is actually pewter photographed in good daylight conditions. You can sort of compare it to the silver bezel... it is more grey.

The clear is just that, a clear anodized finish with no dye, so if you want it to look as aluminum as possible, clear is the way to go. The pewter is actually a grey dye, but of course it comes out metallic when applied over the shiny aluminum.

I have a couple coming back from anodize around May 15th, but I have a bunch of them already machined so I can always send one in for anodize.
