I am thinking of getting the Nitto trail grapplers, I mostly use my runner for DD and will use it very little for offroading given my rough schedule..
Will driving on the highway and streets wear out the tread too fast if i had the TG? I hope to atleast get 30k-40k out of them but I don't know if this will be possible..I really like the look of them but will get something else is need be, thanks!

Take a look a Treadwright if you want to save some dough. Also, if you want a really active thread then ask for opinions on retreads and watch as people get fired up. Have fun with the new shoes regardless of what you get.

I know Ducmonsta got the Trail Grapplers; I got the Dura Grapplers. In fairness, his tires do look significantly more aggressive, but I think he'd agree they're a fair bit louder. Mine aren't too bad a mileage didn't take much of a hit.

Full disclosure: mine are pee-metric.

I have the TG's in the 285 flavor and they have about 3k on them and still look new. So far very impressed with this tire, did well in the snow a few days ago and is very good off road. On road they are very quiet for how aggressive they are. My buddy who owns a custom truck shop runs 37's on their shop truck and got around 40-45k out of them, 100% pavement, never sees dirt. I say go for it, I love mine and they perform and look awesome!

Since these are very expensive tires I'm being very good and rotating them every 3k. Running 35 psi in all four which feels great on the road.

I have the Nitto Crossteks on my 4th gen. They look like an aggressive tire from the looks of the sidewall but are really just a mild all terrain. Great for daily driving

i have the terra grapplers and honestly i hate them there noisey tires and they just will not balance out ive tried tons of ways im just so sick of them im trying to get rid of them but the next set of tires i get will deff be toyo mts one of the niceset mud tires ive seen and they wear and balance so nice and not noisey at all and alot cheaper then 400 a tire
