I saw where the company will send replacement blades every three months for a small fee (whatever that means) to help prevent scuffing the film. I would imagine that it'll eventually scuff anyway from road dust, etc.
 
looks like it would get thrashed by dirt in your wiper blades... or god forbid a blade comes apart and metal wiper arm start digging in. Maybe I just don't get the concept or it's pros so to speak.
 
I can just see this thing yellowing out and bubbling up. Scraping ice off would kill it here in CO. Cool idea though.
 
Wouldn't it just get all scuffed and scratched eventually like most 3M coverings? Last I checked, glass was harder than plastic?
