mild motor shake

Hi all,

I have a mild motor shake on my 99 T4R with just under 138,000 on the clock.
I have checked the plugs and they're in good shape. PCV looks good and cleaned easily. I notice it more just after start up. Should I look at the wires? Other than the shake, the truck drives great. Any suggestions would be great.

Wires, and clean the TB first. Make sure you are running dual electrode plugs. You may also think about cleaning the MAF with some CRC MAF cleaner for starts.
