Find the full length video and watch if you really want your eyes opened. As well find the affidavit of arrest, signed after Lavoy is dead and filed officially the next day...
 
I watched the full video yesterday, didn't see anything that would change my opinion. What did you see that was an eye opener?

Use an editor and slow it down, at around 6 minutes and watch it until the end. that is the unedited version...if your mind is made up, it is likely nothing will change it.

He wasn't unarmed, a teenager or black so I can understand why people are outraged the armed man reaching for his gun was shot.

That goes both ways. I watched it, saw him passed the road block, try to avoid the secondary backup as well. That's where he had his hands up initially then appeared to reach for his gun. Considering the claims made, threats made, commitment not to give up and comments made that they were at war, etc. the clip below clearly shows he didn't have his hands up and was reaching for something. A gun? Seems likely from the video, I wasn't there, you weren't there but if I was there I would have felt my life threatened and do exactly what the shooter did.

Slow it down, watch the agent in the lower right...he shot him, and then Lavoy turned and reached over to his left side...it appears he was shot, then dropped his hands, and reached toward his wounded side. Anyone who knows Lavoy, knows he did not have an automatic or carry a weapon in his waste band.

Where did you here this? Watch the full video and you will see the Agents shooting the vehicle after Lavoy is dead, including shooting flash bangs and gas...why would they do this if the vehicle was empty?

Yes, I have met, and spoken with him, on several occasions and never saw him carrying anything but a revolver in a belt holster on his right.

As well, as an ex-constable, I have never known anyone who is right handed to carry a weapon in, or on, there left side. As well, he had experience with fire arms, and I never saw anyone who was experience with weapons carry a weapon tucked in their belt. That is Hollywood crap.

Actually, the only thing that keeps innocent men safe, is proper due process. Due process that is skirted always gets my attention.

So, when I see faulty paper and process, I do in fact think there is more to the story, and wonder why?

I love the manner in which you cut the video to fit you position. Clearly his hands were up, and he turned toward the man who was shooting him...but I will not confuse you with the facts.

Misinformation and disinformation is a skilled art...you lack the skill.

We've all seen the photos of him with a shotgun across his lap so it's obvious he carried more than a pistol. Combined with him saying that if they tried to take him by force, he would fight back, using his gun if necessary.

Remember him saying "There were "more important things than life" and he was "prepared to die in the name of "freedom".

I will conclude that he was a man of his word.

Well, it's actually common for people to carry on the opposite side, either in a cross draw style at the waist or in a shoulder rig. In lavoys case, the fbi said his pistol was in his inside pocket. My take on the video was that lavoy didn't realize the trooper that he nearly ran over was now behind him. And when he realized the trooper was there he spun around and went for his gun. When the other occupants if the car refused to get out, you can see a pepper ball fired into the truck at the passenger window if you look carefully, after lavoy is shot. Looks like a little puff.
