I have been told that the FBI shot at them almost as soon as they stopped the first time, and that is the reason they sped off.

I cannot confirm this, nor can I prove it false at this time, but time will tell.

I have also been told that Lavoy absolutely did not have a gun in his pocket from a someone I trust, but again, it is hard to confirm, or deny. I can say this, I know that some cops will place a gun in situation like this, I have seen it attempted, and stopped it, so it is entirely possible that the gun was placed by the shooters.

Rumor has it that the gun supposedly in his pocket was a stolen gun, with no ties, or connection to him. I can say this for sure, Lavoy would not knowingly have been in possession of a stolen gun. Again, this is rumor, and I have not been able to confirm the gun story.

The biggest part of this story, that is getting washed away by the news, is the feds did not have to do any of this. They could have and should have taken more time and taken all these men alive. Time, weather, location, was on their side.

They have now arrested about 26 person without so much as a shot or any resistance. They could have arrested those boys at any time without a shot fired, but not on a deserted highway using textbook ambush and takedown techniques. The Feds knew what they were doing and they wanted blood, an example, to place fear in the hearts of all of us...I have been on there before, I know the game book.
 
justified? I don't see how they came to that conclusion.

if I had been in a similar situation, and had shot someone in the back, while they had EMPTY hands, I would be going away for murder.

Oh yeah, they were a big threat, this was a major rebellion...they took over a closed federal bird sanctuary, national security, the constitution, and the general peace were definitely at risk. Kill 'em all, let god sort them out.

The feds could have waited and they would have left with in weeks as the temperatures overwhelmed them, or they could have taken them when they were in town, unarmed, the day before.

If they had of waited them out and taken them without bloodshed, they would have been heroes, now they have lost face even with folks who agree with the federal policies.

Of course you seem to believe Law Enforcement has the right to kill, and actually should, just to keep the mundanes in line. Cut of few heads and they people will stop *****ing...you do not have a clue as to what is just and what is not...so arguing with you is really a waste of time.

Yeah, you're right, we should go back to watching sports, drinking beer and watching porn, after all the government has declared that killing this mundane was justified, justice be damned.

Why should we waste our time with what if we held the government accountable for killing when there were clearly other ways to resolve this. After all they are the police and if they demand we lick their boots we need to comply and start licking.

All I really know is that the police arrested all the suspects and the witnesses. I have spoken to one of the attorneys and she has told me that it is unprecedented in American legal/law history. She believes it was a police riot and massacre. She is the most conservative lawyer I know. (conservative as in law and order,) After the fact, they intimidated the witnesses, by high bailment and threats. It is fubar.

It appears to me that feds, and the state, are attempting to cover their failed policy, and operation, by making a mockery of the law and justice.

Most of those arrested were not the so-called 1% 'ers, and most were as much victims, as witnesses. This includes a couple who were in any way associated with the meeting, but were just out for the evening. Whose victims, I do not know, and I likely will not know, the cops have worked the media like they own it. Our wonderful media has assured that the truth will not be sought, or known in the future...the cock suckers.


My take is that the police, through the use of agent provocateurs, incited a riot that became a gun battle, and then proceeded to engage in the gun battle for what ever reason, other then they seem to like killing when they can get away with it. Afterwards, they arrested all the those involved, all the witnesses and destroyed the evidence and lives of many innocent people.

I am biased, I am a biker, some would say a 1% percenter, and I am a reformed cop, although I wear no patch, either blue(cops), red and white, red and gold, or black and white. I nevertheless have a record, am associated with motorcycle clubs, and cowboys,(shit those cowboys are some real bad asses, taking a frozen wasteland from feds and all.) so I reckon, the feds will come for me one day because I stand for justice, oppose the police state, believe in individual liberty, the right to chose what I do with my own body, (operative words, my own body,) that the federal government is out of control and it has usurped ours and the states authority.

I think that Jefferson, Madison, and Jay had it right, believe in the constitution, and will die in it its defense.

If there is no actual, definitive, conclusive, incontrovertible, indisputable, crime, and not someone who is their own victim, there is no crime. **** the nanny state.

The government and everyone who works for them view the rest of us as mundanes.

The government always attacks those we love to hate first, and big bad bikers scare all the mundanes, so the mundanes cheer their murder and the stripping of their rights.

Personal responsibility for going to a regularly scheduled public meeting? The majority of the folks at this meeting, of a longstanding Confederation, that is not a criminal enterprise never had a ticket.

Of course the media never mentioned that the meeting was on motorcyclist rights, and the guy speaking has spoken out about police abuse and given classes on how to protect your rights when unlawfully detained or stopped by the police.

I wonder if you would think the same if it was an Iron workers meeting, a meeting of Democratic party planners, Black Lives matter activists, or perhaps a bunch of those heavily armed, ham owning, Toyota wheeling people?

The winds of popular opinion will shift, when they do, no one knows who the next group of media villians will be, but suspect in hindsight, millions of Americans will swear they never knew what was really happening.

Instead of one Goebbels, and relatively small media machine, we now have dozens and the media they control, have been perfecting the art of mass mind control for over 80 years

lethal force cannot be used in retaliation against WORDS. and until that weapon was in his hands, all he was using was words.
