I wouldn't, even from a dealer. Factory installed moonroofs are great. I've had them in every Toyota I've owned, and I have them in the two Toyotas I currently have and love 'em, but aftermarket installs are notorious for leaking and giving lots of problems.
I'd rather wait and get exactly the vehicle I wanted, or do without the moonroof.

I live and breathe aftermarket 12volt. although i dont do sunroofs or leather, i pretty much do everything else in new cars for the dealerships.
I own a aftermarket leather car and sunroof car (current t4r). I think aftermarket leather held up very well vs cars i seen with OEM leather. sunroof on the other hand, is a much different animal. I personally dont care for it, almost HATE them. in my case, i had a defective hebasto sunroof that will come apart and flip off causing accident.

does this happen often? NO, did i get a truck with it installed? yes, previous owner was oblivious to this problem. ignored numberous letters to bring it in to get it fixed. instead he duct taped it down so the wind noise would stop. i saw old duct tape marks on the roof. it was covered under warranty and they bribed me $50 to take it in, incentive lol. since the PO neglected it for so long, roof got little messed up, gives vehicle character LOL. I am getting a whitson metaworks full length rack with full length floor. i dont care for a sunroof, thats why i have a convertible.
Personally, I would NOT do aftermarket roof. I have personally seen too many issues since i am in this industriy BUT, if i wanted one i would still get one. webasto is one of the best out there. I would use their dealer locator.

what ever you find on the locater, chances are they are the ones that will be doing your sunroof if the dealer sent it out. except the dealer will upcharge you more $$. 99% of the time if this place does the sunroof, they also the same people that do the leather seats for that same dealership.
So, my best advice is to find the shop that does it for the dealership, go there and check out cars they are doing if they are new and how they are handeling the cars, how long they been around, how long they been doing that dealership and look into it.
WARNING: sunroof headliner will sag over time. mine is, i hate it. eventually i will have to take it down and reglue it.
