Moonroof/Roof Problems

This past Friday, the dealer replaced my moonroof because the previous one was scratched from delivery. Now when I close my door, the moonroof shakes and makes a rattling noise. I went outside the car to watch the moonroof from the top and I see the moonroof and the whole roof shaking. This never happened with my other moonroof. What could this be? The moonroof opens and closes like it is supposed to.

Sounds like it wasn't installed properly. I'd make an appointment to take it back.
