Most common breakages

What are some of the most common things to go down on a 3rd gen T4R? On or off-road, stock or modded, what are the things that one should be prepared for as a "most likely scenario"?

I understand that different scenarios stress different components, I'm jus trying to get a snapshot of the collective experience here.

Well, stock, chances are you won't be on terrain tough enough to break anything. A semi-common issue with modded rigs is front CV Axles if you have a front locker, or you like to gun it in risky situations. Another thing is rear upper links are kind of weak. That's about it.

So, would carrying spare rear upper links be advisable? If memory serves they aren't really cheap...

I do, but I only started carrying it after I broke one. I got a brand new spare off Amazon for $35. I carry a spare CV with me as well, but I like to run trails that are harder than the average fire road so the likelihood of me breaking things is higher than the guys that only do light off-roading.

i would bring assortment of metric bolts and nuts, spare CVs, 35mm socket for the CVs, outter tie rods, wheel studs, lug nuts. that's just suspension stuff. rear links are good to carry if you are stock but you really should get beefier links if you are serious about wheeling. also Co2 tank are a life saver if you pop a bead somewhere. valve stems are good to have too.
