You're totally right, I really regret the extra money I saved. I also hate having a sunroof, the tires I actually want, and setting the lift how I want. But no you're right, I forgot about the floor mats so nevermind.

Lol, whut? TRD Pro is nothing special, just a slight suspension upgrade, better tires, and a skid. You can easily save $10K by going with a base trail and adding all those mods and still make it out $7K better. Even if you got a Trail Premium and modded it you'd still make it out better by a lot.

Both?? Actually, the poster in question apparently bought an SR5 premium 4WD, which if I understand correctly is a lot like a trail except it lacks some of the off road features. If I were personally in the 4WD market, I would prefer a TRDPro, but only because I am in the minority that does not want a sun roof. The wheels and badging look cool, but as others have mentioned, it is even more cool to have some money in the bank/market/etc. for other frivolous pursuits such as retirement, paying the rent, buying food, etc.

Uh duh any 4runner is not a "practical" SUV. The mileage difference is negligible between any 4runner trims. If you want a better mileage SUV buy a Rav, Subaru, or... a jeep.
What are you like 16? (I would have said 12 but there are only 2 states that I know of that let 12 year olds drive)

What I find hilarious is I just joined this forum where a majority of people would rather argue vs comment in favor of what the subject is actually about. My subject didn't say "let's argue about it". Now I know why people avoid forums like this in favor of reddit. What a time waster. Country hicks + T4R forum = un-educated pricks who just want to argue.
Sorry it's the truth...this is my last post. Sorry I ever joined. Moderators.....please look at my history. I posted 3 subjects. Instead of members chiming in and commenting not only did they talk down to a new member, but they had the nerve to say I started an argument by posting a subject relevant to what this forum is about....wow. Toyota makes T4R's for everyone's budget. It didn't mean we should argue. We should find out what options, etc....can be added for less for people who might not know about these certain upgrades.
