There is lots of pollen here. So no pros!

I can attest to the high pollen levels for 1 or 2 months out of the year. It is particularly bad the closer you get to Boulder City, which has a lot of old growth mulberry trees. Mulberry and olive trees mess quite a few folks up here, but thankfully there is little to no ragweed.

Traffic continues to improve the more they build out I-215. They even fixed the big bottleneck on I-15 (Project NEON). Commuting here is a dream compared to a lot of cities I've lived in.

I've been in Vegas 44 years. Love it. Getting big. Just pick a nice neighborhood and you you'll be find. Henderson is the best City to live in, in the Vegas Valley.

Both sister and father live/lived in Vegas. My father hated it. People drive extremely rude and are somewhat rude to each other. I have noticed it myself also. They do have nice areas but for the most part it seems like a hotter Los Angeles to me. If you are younger it has a great night life and indie type things much like LA also. My sister always tries to get me to move there. Never gonna happen.
