Lots of Mods

Well Ive been slacking and maybe some day I will update/redo my build but ive had this car so long it just all kinda blurs.

Ive been a little busy with modding the 4runner since ive ben camping alot more lately so Im just going to list out some of the mods over the last year and just share a photo folder in my icloud if anyone wants to look since pics are a pain here.

Last year I upgraded to Kings front and rear with new bump stops for those hard hits. Huge upgrade im very happy with this mod

A few months back I re-geared to 4.88 and installed ARB lockers front and rear through East Coast gearing. The process was very smooth and I got my core charge back pretty fast, Highly recommend them.

I first added the ARB compressor to the engine bay to speed things up and ordered a flexzilla air hose, I love this mod soo much.

I finally Build a sleeping platform and ordered the 10gal front runner footwell tank. Its a little funky with the hump in the middle but I made it work. Ive been wanting a built in water tank and this worked great. I just used china vevor slides since they all seem to be the same china slides in my price range.

I just added a extra cooling fan for the AC condensor cause the last few trips long 4low canyons my ac was not keeping up and saw some forums post about adding this( I appreciate all of you). I went smooth and ac was 45F in 90 deg air iding.

A lot of mods, for sure! Sounds like you have a really nice rig. If you have any advice on where I would post to get some thoughts on the value of a 3rd Gen T4R please advise.

How is the fan wired ? What gives the signal to it, to turn on/off ?

For now its just a switch that I will flip when doing slow 4low driving. I just wired a relay to the battery and ran the wire to my switch in the cab. I think I will eventually try and wire it to the ac switch but I need to dive more into where to pull that from.

I just ordered one those cheap power distribution relay boxes to wire in the engine bay and clean it all up. Im going to replace all the fuses with bussman fuses(Ive tested china ones and they are not reliable). These things are super simple and are just wires going to fuses and relays so dont have to worry about circuit quality.

My 180 awning comes today so that will be fun. Going to see how that looks On the stock roof rack first.
