Howdy! I've wanted a V8 4th Gen for Quite some time. I was looking for one a few years ago, and a friend talked me into a GX 470. Which i absolutely love. its in amazing shape but needs some routine maintenance, so i thought id see if i could find a 2UZ 4th Gen to drive while i work on the GX (and vice versa).
After Looking for 6 months i found this one on the other side of the country. it has 105k on it. it is 4x4. Diff's Trans, Timing belt and WP all serviced before i got it too.
Flew out and drove it back home 2600 miles without a single issue!
My Plans are pretty simple so this may be a boring thread for some of you but i want to do the following:
- Sport Hood
_ New Limited Grille (noticed a few tabs broken and i cant stand it lol)
- Factory Spoiler
- Black FN FX TRD Wheels
- 285/70 Tires (Undecided on Brand yet, prob Wildpeaks)
- Bilstein 5100 & New Factory Springs
- Weather Tech Mats
and *Maybe* an E Locked 8.2 & 4.30's if im feeling wild and find a good deal.
It needs a few Maintenance items as well so i will also be doing
- Front Rotors, Pads and Calipers
- Drivers side Manifold
- Good Clay Bar and Polish
