They rush things and forget to put trim parts back, scratch panels and basically don't do a very good job in the details. Most people seem to not mind when they put back only 2 screws where 5 were before, or don't line up the skid plat or plastic panels like they were before but I do. One time a brought it back three times and they still didn't get it right. After that I was concern they might leave things that are more important regarding safety or damage like leaving springs out of the brakes or not lining up gaskets and causing a leak or worse. Never again for me. The sad thing is that the Lexus services just next door is excellent and I continue to bring my Lexus their without issue.

Congrats on the runner! I too switched from low to high. WRX to 4runner. I am currently selling my WRX on cars.com The 4Runner takes me places the WRX couldn't. Of course the WRX took me too G forces that will make me scrape my paint if I try with the 4Runner. But I love my 4Runner! So will you.
