The Titanium Silver is the best color for the SE.

Actually, the Titanium Silver is the best color for any 4Runner!
I love the extras in my Limited, but the Sport offers the best value in terms of what you get for your dollar.

Also, everyone, I thought the 2008 was supposed to have a different grill? Looks the same to me. Thoughts?

the lower grill where they mount the lic plate got pull-out by a bit, that's the only change on the front grill. i bet no one will ever notice it unless using a precise measure tape to compare the difference.

Thanks for the pics. Maybe it's me but It's hard to tell a difference. It looks like only the two horizontal bars are moved slightly forward. Subtle change, does this mean the 4R is perfect otherwise?

yea, i can't tell either accept looked at the supplemental sheet of the 08 changes.

I found some info on the clear bra. Full front protection for the 4Runner is $360 from lamin-x. This inclues fogs and headlighs, mirrors, fenders, bumpers yadda yadda... It should be easy to apply and you'll save a lot of cash if you diy.

Id be curious to see how your hitch ball secured in that cargo space. It doesnt look like theres any room left in there beside the jack and tools.

I was just confirming DonnyB's thought that the box is indeed hitch related.

I think he was just referring to the actual cardboard box that was sitting in my rear cargo area in the picture and not the actual cubby hole. I'm going to open it up before I head out here and see if it'll fit on the right side though in that 'lil cubby hole space.

I was just confirming DonnyB's thought that the box is indeed hitch related.

I ended up buying a ball and I'm storing it and the other hitch piece wrapped in a towel in that tie-down cargo hold on the rear passenger side of the "trunk". It's a perfect spot!

p.s. Monday = trip to Canada to get a Canadian hood protector / bug shield.

Here's the pics *btw.. anyone have any ideas what goes where the "blank" button is on the far left of the first picture and the two "blanks" on the center consol. I'm guessing that the two on the center consol are for the heated seats on the limited? I have no idea what the other is for. No Atrac off as far as I know, sorry!

The two in the center console are not for the heated seats. The limited has a different console w/ additional cutouts for the heater switches.

The far left knockout on the dash is for the 115 AC powerpoint.
