I have a 2004 4 runner limited and this headlight fit and matched oem perfectly. I should have replaced both of them because the new one looks so good it makes the one that used to look okay look old. Getting the bottom bolt out really sucked though. I pulled back a rubber shield that is inline with the bumper that is visible with the hood open and used my freakishly long arms to undo the bolt, was not easy though.
