Found a 2010 Limited 4x4 at a dealer about an hour away for a great price Saturday night. Made a plan to be there when the dealership opened this morning at 0830. We got there 15 minutes before they opened and decided we would just check it out on the lot before they opened up but as we walked up to it we noticed another guy next to it looking in the windows so we turned around and went straight inside and asked for a salesman. No leaks, drove great and interior/exterior was in great shape so we agreed to buy it for the online price. Went inside and started doing paperwork and by the time we finished there were 3 people at the dealer waiting to see the same vehicle. They were all very disappointed when they found out we were buying it. Online price: $19,991, window sticker: $26,999. Guess they won't be pricing their next 4r so low online :fish:

This whole region of the state was a "flood area" during Harvey but the vehicle shows absolutely no signs of having been flooded. The dealer we bought it from lost over 300 vehicles during the hurricane actually, but they just received the Four Runner Friday, didn't inventory it until Saturday night.

Looks good, the 4Runner too. I was really thinking a 4Runner Limited would be a good second car for us and the wife. Don't really want a sedan or truck. Your post will help me convince her.

LoL thanks! She’s done the minivan thing for the past few years but now that our kids are old enough to open and close their own doors she wanted to get back into something “cooler”. I really can’t blame her, I’m surprised she lasted as long as she did.

[Sigh], beat me to it, was planning to head over Monday evening to kick the tires, as I was moving over the weekend. Great purchase.

Any other leads you were following in the region? My prior 4Runner was flooded, so I'm in the hunt.
