Disclosure: Newbie concessions in effect!
So I have a 2003 4runner v8. The other day, after it rained, I pulled up my rear seat (on passenger side) and found the carpet to be dark brown and wet around where the seat belt clip resides (its a depressed area on the floor). Ripped out the carpet to see where the leak was coming from and there seems to be a black quarter sized rubber 'spot', different from a proper rubber seal underneath. There is a similar one on the other side as well although that is not leaking.
Has anyone else had that problem? I couldn't find anything with google, so I thought I'd bother the pros here. How do I fix it?
