I guess ill start this thing up, look for it to be a process though. Input/ideas along the way will be greatly appreciated!

Ive had my good 'ol 4runner for about 3 years. Put about 55,000 miles on him. He is sitting around 115,000. I needed new tires, but felt I wanted to do him one better.

Here he sits today.

We had a great time, chatted for the first 30 mins so got started a bit late.

We ran into an unexpected amount of trouble though. Needless to say the 4runners suspension had never been messed with since the factory, and we had extremely onery upper shock nuts, ended up cutting off 4 of the three! :doh:

Got some daylight pics taken

I forgot to tell the shop to install the BFG's with the white letters out, so when I did the alignment I had them switch them, cost a little extra, but I favor the letters on these BFG's. Also, surprisingly with 3 inches of lift in the front and 265/70's I am getting plenty of rub. I guess ill be trimming some of the front flaps and moving the plastic forward on the inside

Got the alignment done this morning. Was fearful it wouldn't do well since I kept the factory UCA's but it came out like a gem. It did seem that it rubbed less before the alignment though so thats weird.

It was definitely a challenge, but got it done and turned out great! Were you able to get measurements after diving home? Just curious how the rake turned out. Are you rubbing more at the bumper or mud flap? Did the alignment shop give you a print out of the numbers?

Yeah I actually took them earlier today,

FD: 22.5
FP: 22.5
BD: 24
BP: 23.5

Not sure about the extra half inch on the rear driver side, it may have been the way it was sitting?

From what I can tell it looks more like the front bumper but it is hitting both flap and bumper. No, they didn't give me a print out, I thought about that as soon as I got home. If they keep a record maybe they could print me out a copy.

I'll have to dig them up, but it's roughly 19" front and 21" rear measuring from center of hub to fender.
