Nearly stalling out after startup [T4R 2001]

So I have a bit of a situation. My 2001 with 197k miles is on some occasions wanting to stall out after starting up.

It would start up just fine, RPMs would go to their normal. Immediately after, RPMs would drop down below 300, almost stalling out, and then go right back up to normal. This does not happen all the time. It is a rather sporadic occurrence. At first I thought it was only on cold start, but then it has happened a couple times during warm startups.

I have read up about IAC cleanings and that it is most likely the problem. However, I have a 2001 model and the IAC is built into the throttle body itself and non-removable(wtf Toyota). I have also read up about ground wires, I checked the ones on the intake manifold and they were fine. I don't know what else to start doing or where else to start looking.

I'd get some seafoam throttle body cleaner, since it cleans and lubricates, and spray a whole lot in there with the engine off and let it soak a few minutes. Try and find a way to get the butterfly opened while spraying obviously. I am not familiar with the 2001 throttle body, but most likely that will pool into the IAC and clean/lubricate the thing.
