Need a Driver's Door, Fender, and Running Board Plastics For a 1998 4Runner

I have a White, 1998 Toyota 4Runner, SR-5, with the small Black and Chrome Flare/Lip on the fenders. The truck is very clean with 105k, but I just damaged the Driver's side door, fender, and running board hardware backing out of a parking spot. I need to buy a used door, fender, and running board hardware. If anyone has these parts for sale and can either ship them to Pittsburgh, PA or is close enough to there that I can pick them up, I am in the market to buy these parts. It would be great to find white, but I know that's a long shot so I'll have them painted. Thank you for your help.
