Need Advice, possibly selling my TRD Pro

I'm in a situation where I may need to sell my 4Runner and I haven't the slightest clue as to what a fair asking price would be. I don't want to give it away but also don't want to beat up anyone. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

2015 TRD Pro in inferno
Just was in for its 10k service
Mint condition, no chips, dings , dents
Seriously like brand new condition inside and out
Gobi stealth rack with ladder
Shrock works rock sliders

Just looking at car trading marketplaces online and most pre-owned TRD Pros are trading at or above MSRP.
 
The majority of potential buyers are going to base their offers on KBB and/or NADA pricing. You should start there as well.

You say its in mint/like new condition. It's not. It has over 10,000 miles on it...

If you can sell the sliders and rack locally (and put the OEM rack back on) you'll pick up some extra cash. If you leave them on, don't expect any extra cash.
 
There was a 2015 Inferno Red TRD Pro with about 2600 miles with nfab steps and meaty tires, listed here in the Bay Area for $45888 for about three weeks. Not sure if it sold. You could probably sell it for that much if you want to wait for the right buyer. Otherwise I think you could sell rapidly at $42-44k. The buyer that wants an inferno red TRD Pro 4Runner fun car, $2k more really isn't that much.
 
Really also depends on your market. Are you close to NYC or further upstate? You're catering to a real niche market regardless. If someone wants it and knows the truck they will pay the price. I would say to start at least $5000 under the price of a brand new TRDP.

Where in NY? Ill buy the rack and give you the OEM rails and cross bars if you need em
 
Screw it, ask MSRP for it or maybe even a little more with the Gobi and sliders. Inferno is not an available color anymore, so for the right buyer, that adds value and they may very well be willing to pay a premium for it.

If the sale languishes or negotiations begin, you can always lower your price, but you can seldom raise it.

If you're in a rush/pinch, then all bets are off and you'll need to price it to move quickly.
 
considering they dont make inferno anymore and people still want it, list it for $45k and see what offers you get.... that what a dealership is gonna do if they get their hands on it.

I almost said screw it and got that local inferno red one. Didn't want to deal with removing tint and mud terrain tires. Looked cool, but not for me. This search has been a total distraction. Took a peak at a Land Cruiser. A new TRD Pro with a little mark up might save me some money at this point.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. I was just unsure based on kbb and dealership offers in the low 40's and the 2 dealers near me that had a 15 pro for sale, they were at 49k and they were black with over 20k miles. I'm not in any rush to sell so maybe I will just list it a little higher and see if anyone makes a reasonable offer.
