Need help finding this part!

I was in an accident and am replacing my front fender with the limited style fender flares, but cannot for the life of me find this part number or the corresponding part number for the part on the flare itself. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure if you buy the flare, that plastic retainer piece you have circled comes with it.
Right flare PN: 5210235902
Left flare PN: 5210335902

Part number for plastic flare retainer you have circled:
Right side flare retainer: 5271535020
Left side flare retainer: 5271635020

Check this link from parts.lakelandtoyota.com for the other small parts needed.

Thank you!!!! The flare on my 4Runner is intact so I'm re-using it, just getting the fender. Is there a separate PN for the one attached to the flare? This helps me so much.
